Microblading

Microblading uses a manual tool to implant pigment under the skin and simulate natural brow hair. These hair-like strokes are etched into the skin in a precise pattern to perfectly blend in with each client's natural hair growth.  Microblading looks and heals best on clients that have; normal/dry skin, small pores, and fine evenly distributed hair within the brow area. It will not create a filled in and dramatic look but meant to be a natural enhancement.

MICROBLADING

Powder Brows

This can sometimes be referred to as an ombre powder brow.  Unlike microblading, this method does not feature "hair strokes". Instead, a small handheld tattoo machine is used to implant pigment under the skin to create a soft "background color" that helps fill in gaps and define the brow. This machine shading technique imitates the look of filling in the brow with a soft powder. This method works with almost all skin types.

Combo brows

A combo brow is exactly what it sounds like!- a combination of both the microblading and powder brow technique. Machine shading (powder technique) is added throughout the brow and hair-like strokes are added to the bulb/front of the brow (microblading) to create a natural but more defined look. The best of both worlds.

COMBO BROWS

ALL BROW Appointments

Appointments are 2-3 hours in length and numbing is used throughout the service to keep clients comfortable. During the appointment, a pre-draw is done before starting any work so the brow shape can be approved. Color is custom mixed and chosen to match each client's brow hair.  There is a mandatory touch-up at 6-10 weeks priced separately. All pre and post care must be followed. Maintenance is needed every 1-3 years. Skin type, lifestyle, and other factors can affect long term results. If you're unsure of which service to book- you can choose which you think is best and we will always do a full consult before starting any work the day of your appointment.

hOW TO CARE FOR YOUR BROWS

BROW PRECARE

Maintaining skin integrity before your appointment. Following the precare is a very important part of getting your brows done.  Clients who do not follow precare when arriving to their appointment risk losing their deposit and forfeiting their appointment time. We cannot work on skin that is actively sunburned.

BROW AFTERCARE

Immediately after:
Your brows may appear a little bit warmer and bolder than what your healed results will look like- this is totally normal! Take a clean paper towel and gently dab your brows.  Do this periodically over the next 1-2 hours. Try your best not to sleep with your brows on the pillow.  A clean pillowcase is always recommended. The next morning you will start the next step- don't worry I've got you covered on the supplies you'll need.

For the first 7-10 days:
Gently wash your brows morning and night with the aftercare soap given at your appointment (or plain dial antibacterial). Be sure to make contact with your skin to remove buildup without scrubbing too hard. Rinse them thoroughly and pat completely dry with a clean paper towel.  This should be the only time your brows are getting wet during this portion of the healing process. Once dry, use a Q-Tip or *clean* fingertip to apply a thin layer of aftercare balm. Be sure to avoid saunas, sun exposure, heavy sweating, swimming, and long steamy showers.  Keep makeup away from brows.  They may start to flake after a few days- make sure you do not pick them!  If you’re following the aftercare you should not have heavy scabs but light flaking.

After 10 days:
After brows are done flaking you may resume your normal routines. They may appear light after the flaking stage. Once the skin is done fully healing after the first few weeks you’ll notice a “color bloom”. Final results can’t be seen until 6 weeks- at which point you’ll be ready for your touchup.  At the touchup we can address any concerns and add the second layer needed for the ideal volume/saturation. Keep in mind that the following will fade your brows over time; sun exposure without SPF, retinols/acids or any skincare meant to “brighten” or “resurface” skin within 1” of the brow area.

For your safety, DO NOT attempt to alter your own brows or follow a different aftercare routine.
